LEED Certification in São Paulo

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the most widely used green building rating system in the world, and a globally recognised symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership. Our Brazilian office in São Paolo is located in The One Condominium building which is silver rating certified. The building is recognised as having several environmental advantages: reduced water and energy consumption, improved safety performance and sustainable waste management, all key priorities within our Sustainability Strategy.

Energy-efficient buildings help reduce pollution and improve outdoor air quality in industrialised areas such as Sao Paulo, making LEED a critical tool in reducing smog. The LEED rating of our Sao Paulo building also demonstrates our commitment to caring for the communities in which we operate, a core part of our social pillar within our Sustainability Strategy.
